So yeah, what about this set..  In general I am really happy with how this set played out. It took me quite some effort to select and experiment with tracks and blending of the same but it was worth it. A bit of a trainwreck halve way but hey what the hell, I'm still learning. 

The first track (and last) is the intro of a Legowelt track which starts with the howling of wolves.. pretty cool stuff so I figured it would be nice to start a set with that one somehow. It blends nicely with the second track from Hiroshi. This is one I really like. Funny thing is I bought that record only by looking at the cover and the track name and it turned out to sound even better than it looks. Other several great tracks that I've selected are from artists such as Recondite, Tale of Us, Stephan Jolk and Tone Depth. To complete the selection I added several tracks from Stephan Bodzin's new album Boavista which are most fitting and sound to good to be left out. The album is another masterpiece from the legend himself. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this compilation!!

All of these tracks are released on the Berlin based label Items & Things (owned by Marc Houle) except the first one which was released on Minus. Some of these records are 10+ years old but to me the vibe is still there and have this timeless sound. In that light I composed this set aimed to create a haunting trip that keeps the chills flowing. Starting off nicely with Inside, Love Love and Keep Away before getting deeper into the freak zone with Road to Nowhere, Softcore and Next Exit Lost Lake. More stronger tracks following after this but still with the typical synth like sounds floating over the lower frequencies. Jack n Jill is another banger followed by S.T.E.A.K. which is just perfect to finish this set off, describing how you could feel when arriving home after a 'grilling' night raving at some abandoned warehouse at the outskirts of civilization.
