Life gives and takes away.  I am still lost in this beautiful fray.

The Spiral in The Box:

Trying to illuminate the madness inside is like imagining the infinite infinities.  Trying to describe the contents of Pandora's Box in one word.  In one life, in one universe.  The spirals of each galaxy antiquated in one realm of thought, one box of ideas.  One relic of understanding, one eclipse of ideas drenched in the endless spiral.  As if a Fibonacci spiral lost within a Mandelbrot set, lost within a circle which could never be perfect.  The glimpse into the spectrum yielding one after another of different hues and shades, shapes and breaking boundaries.  The doors in each perception unfolding in scattering leaves, grains, pixels and dust.  I stare into the eyes of the beholder, wondering if this imaginary thought is as real as my own.  The glass shatters, the reflections become too perfect, and in the collapsing prism are glimmers trailing into deeper and deeper lines of light contrasted only by the emptiness between.  The coalesced memories within me fade for a moment, giving way to something new.  And I fear it, with brave intent and pastel foresight.  The focus grows sharp and the edges of the falling mirrors seep through the horizons beneath me.  My eyes close and my sight does not wane, the distances between my being and my ending interchange.  Am I spinning, or am I falling.  Is the moon rising, or sun calling.  Does any of it really matter.

The perversion of thoughts unending.  The flesh I am bound in slowly fading, slowly upgrading.  I sit in silence, legs crossed and cigarettes piling.  Time speeding by, leaves culminating new and high in the sky another burst of clouds, another shimmer of light between.  Am I dreaming, or am I dying.  Am I living, or am I lying.  The frames of women undressed and gazing back into my eyes, they age as do I.  And I lose myself in the thoughts again, not chasing the dreams of skin and timeless abandon.  The music inside and out calling, the agony of not crawling, just staying still.  Just being chill.  Alone and amiss, simply discontent with the infiniteness.  And yet I gaze into the void, surrounding me in color and density.  Gravity pulling me, deeper into the crevice of love and loss.  Is it so wrong to be so gone, is it so right to be so there, anywhere but here in the endless out there.  I wonder where I am to be found, I wonder where I'll find the perfect sound, the perfect eyes alight, the perfect moment that stills me in the day, in the night.  How does it feel to be in so much beauty, so small and still so granted with sight.

The spirals in the frames, the thoughts in minds, the sounds in waves, the currents in waves, the gravity in claves, strumming strings and vibrating rays.  The gifts of life formed impermanent, my loving one after another, chasing the lust of life through diving aimless, each frame unfolds and breaks between, each name a calling breaking only surfaces and sound waves only the carrier receives.  What depths to which one drives their own journey, to each species and to each fabrication in motion.  The realness knowing no bounds, electric currents of emotional recant.  Machines in motion, the brilliant animation of only one culmination of reality, sights and sounds, lights and bounds.  As if we are so wrong in one element of knowing, in knowing the mind controls the body, when the eyes control the soul.  The endlessness in glowing set, the beauty in each as it stares back into me, and I wonder which side of the mirror I am on.

You get to this strange point in life where you were chasing everything you wanted and dreamed of, and then as it's right within your grasp, you pause.  And want the moment to last forever.  That's when the bulb inside of you ignites, and the timer begins to count down.  You're there in the moment, and only time will give and take away.

There’s something beautiful beyond the veil.  The veil ends at the edge of your thoughts.  And it loops right back to where it began.  I believe in an inter connectivity with it all.  I don’t know how long I have left in this world, but I know I am learning to feel with depth I did not before understand.  Beauty, love, infinity, dreams, consciousness, and perception:  I am a lucky man to be able to experience each day so much anew.  A candle that burns twice as bright and at both ends illuminates much further into the void.
