We do recommend you be as independent as possible with your practice which means ideally you don't use any recordings, videos, ear plugs etc except for a clock/stopwatch.  However, many have expressed a desire for something like this so it's here for you.  However, be sure not to rely on anything like this because we don't want to miss a meditation simply because we don't have access to the video etc.

I love the game of life but take the responsibility of teaching meditation very seriously.  After many thousands of hours teaching and coaching and almost 20 years of meditation experience I see myself as a kind of "doctor of meditation" and my job is to advise you with authority.

Meditation is a deep subject and a surprising amount of knowledge goes into teaching it. Just like anything else you can get some ideas off the internet but if you want to do the job properly it's best to hire a professional.  We can all look up medical symptoms and legal issues on the net but it's better to see a professional if you're unwell or a lawyer if in legal trouble.

I focus on bringing the unbounded nature of spiritual knowledge into a relatable, palatable, relevant form.  Something for everyday use without all the "woo woo I'm a god/goddessness" to it.  Stuff that regular people can relate to and use.

Meditation is for real people living real lives. It's got to be easy and effortless and it's got to bring results. It's my job to speed up your meditation journey by teaching you tried and true techniques that have withstood the test of time.  So much time in fact that this knowledge goes back 5000 to 10 000 years!

There is of course more to life than meditation and when not counselling meditators you can find me with my little one <3 or working on an assortment of fun projects.
