A TOY STORY

She rejected my advances
all with roses in hand
the gentleman, the pomp and circumstance
requesting slow dances
not interested, her innocence
apparent on arrival
till I recognized that something else
was vivid in her eyes
she was halfway taken
with a shattered heart and needed
no strings just an avenue
for her to get even
Should I take it...on a platter is her body lying naked
humble offerings
and all because she knew that he
would hate it
Can't lie I'd love guide me deep inside
her lustrous pride
to not consider to oblige
would prove a numbness unbenign
separate corners in the evening
making love to her at night
in the daylight
if she sees me
only wave and walk on by...
and for the time being
lust is love's most sinister alloy
...yes I met her
...spilled her nectar
now she's calling me
...her toy..
