Recently, the moment felt right to revisit my slinky series, mixes that are slower, drawn out, stretched. A bit different than my usual material, this one is heady and abstract, delving into some dub influences and even a touch of breaks. The title reflects a sense of tension throughout, tracks that are trying to take us some place. But as is the existential condition, we can't really know where.

We could hardly have grasped any more open and inviting fun!  Defiant to the elements, a soundtrack of psychedelic dub-house disco found its place in the air.  Mixed long & loose on 3 decks with no FX and some cosmic electronica to tie the knot.  Another year on the Robot Heart bus at Burning Man yielding another resonant memory.  Keep the faith."

Imagine yourself being on the playa, looking for the Robot Heart bus, but can't find it anywhere, then you realize it is still in camp, trunk open, two technicians in the motor, the car won't start.. and it is our first time playing on the bus! Keeping positive while tension is increasing... here comes the sound... the engine works, total euphoria! We all jump in, and started riding on the beats of our dear friend Gab Rhome. When the bus stopped right in front of a two men statue before starting our set, we could not believe our eyes. It felt like playing in brotherhood in front of a mirror.  The crescent moon in between the two heads, our best friends behind us... the rest is history ✨💙
