Love how you worked the percussion to contrast against and with the synth play

I love the sound, but wouldn't classify it alternative Rock. The beat sounds very breakbeat and with that removed, you have a very nice ambient track. Taken together, this feels somewhere between Chill and Soundtrack. A very beautiful and interesting track!

Love that overdriven lead with the delay. Imo the drums could sound more humanized. Otherwise a very solid piece, very fun to listen to. :)

Land Of Dreams

Laxá & Heima Kvartett convened in a new rehearsal space, a derelict house with crumbling plaster and a broken chandelier barely hanging from the ceiling. Dust covered the bare floorboards, and every creak was picked up by the studio mics.

Matthias had been working on programming drums and that coupled with him digging in the crates and listening to 90s UK drum and bass led to him putting his kit to one side and setting the percussive tone on this track, a clear counterpoint to the string quartet's more conventional approach.
