"Between The Raindrops" by The Dark Messiahs is a mesmerizing dark jazz track inspired by the serene yet evocative ambiance of a rainy night post show in 宁波市. The piece begins with Sonny Rhodes' ostinato piano, each note cascading like droplets, setting a melancholic yet entrancing tone that draws the listener into the heart of the city.

Sticks Thompson’s drums introduce a moody atmosphere, their rhythms mimicking the gentle patter of rain on pavement, creating a backdrop that is both calming and reflective. Art Masters’ clarinet enters with a mournful melody, its breathy tones weaving through the steady piano and drums, evoking the sense of wandering through rain-soaked streets under the glow of neon lights.

Blue Six’s trumpet adds a layer of introspection and yearning, its rich, resonant notes rising and falling like the pulse of the city. Wilt Flowers' bass provides a deep, grounding presence, its subtle yet powerful lines adding depth and texture to the track.

**The Sun Paints Red** by Laxá & Heima Kvartett is a sweeping post-rock journey that captures the stark beauty of the Icelandic landscape. Jussi Siglarson's guitar lines shimmer like distant northern lights, weaving through a dense soundscape where Bjarne Guðjohnsen's bass pulses like an underground river and Matthias Helguson's drums crash like waves on a stormy shore.

The strings, led by Lisbeth Heima and her ensemble—Sif Árnadóttir, Natasha Guðmundsdóttir, and Ída Sigurðardóttir—move between fragile whispers and powerful, cinematic peaks. Mike Taylor's keyboards add depth, filling the space between with layers that feel both expansive and grounded. The track is a journey through light and shadow, where each instrument paints a vivid scene in deep reds and golds, reflecting the raw, untamed spirit of Iceland.
