The audio samples of frantic conversation were pulled from a 911 call said to have been based in Orgeon, USA. The identities were withdrawn by whoever uploaded the clips to youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M_WswwPKI8), but this faceless victim is just one of many who end up helpless at the feet of their aggressors because people choose to stand idly by. Though these audio samples put the blame on our world-renown police force, I don't believe that they are the sole enablers of these horrid events. Sometimes the fault lies in the everyday person such as yourself and I.
