The Sentimentals are a jazz pop band out of Nashville, Tennessee consisting of vocalist and guitarist Kaycie Satterfield, keys player Sarah Bernstein, bassist Luke Putney, saxophonist Julia Meredith, and drummer Brad Covington. United by the powers of music, friendship, and Belmont University, they began playing music together in September of 2014. Beginning with just a few tunes penned by vocalist Kaycie; Luke, Sarah, and Kaycie played a few shows together before adding the saxophone stylings of Julia. At last, the Sentimentals found their cornerstone, their rock, the love of everyone's lives, Brad Covington. Together, they create a unique sound tinged with good old-fashioned rock and blues, as well as jazz and bluegrass to make you feel a little sentimental.
