The Seventh String is K Stellar Dutcher (guitar, vocals, washboard), Laura Benson (fiddle, vocals, guitar), Firefly Walter (guitar, vocals, ukulele), Jonathan Van Matre (tenor guitar, tenor ukulele, bouzouki), and Connor Scalzi (upright & acoustic bass). The group began in Austin, Texas with a cappella and fiddle tunes. Now based in Austin and the San Francisco Bay Area, their studio debut "Off To Starboard" defies a single genre and shines with music that lifts the human heart.
