For the last 22 years of his life, Neokalus Burr gazed upon the wall within his cell inside of Lincoln State Hospital, until tonight when he escaped. 

Strange and eerie occurrences begin to take hold in the Johnson home when aspiring babysitter Sarah hears about the asylum patient let loose upon Monroe on the radio and receives a bone-chilling phone call. What looks out to be an average Friday night babysitting, ends up being a nightmarish struggle to get out alive. 

(To avoid confusion, this is an album based on the concept of if the indie horror game Babysitter Bloodbath made by Puppet Combo was a feature-length slasher flick made in the 1980s, most of the tracks in this album and extended versions of brief musical cues that are triggered while playing the game.)
