The Shards - Are a Glasgow based band who play a range of what can only be called 'classic songs you don't see played by your run of the mill covers band', which makes for a refreshing change in an area saturated by poor alternatives.

 This approach to providing high quality entertainment is in the bands DNA. The band is comprised of former members of tragically overlooked and critically acclaimed Glasgow based bands Parker and Pure Red Iguana's. Now, as then, the guys look to provide the audience with an unforgettable night of simply great music.

 The band is completed by Davey Murray on vocals who adds to the experience with a vocal range that needs to be heard to be believed.
 The Shards play songs from every era, songs that you will know and love.
