Episode #1 - Tea with SHE

In this episode, we dive in with Fatima Raad, a mindset strategist, coach, mentor, trainer, public speaker and maternal and child health nurse who talks about the positives and negatives that have occurred within this pandemic, especially during the stage 4 lockdown, here in Victoria, Australia. We take you through how to recognise our own stresses, what signs to look for when loved ones feel overwhelmed, how to address those who are hesitant about their feelings and what they can do to overcome this. Episode #4 - Talking Mental Health: From Stigmatisation To Normalisation

Tea with SHE is a podcast hosted by The SHE Campaign Inc. dedicated to bringing awareness of women’s health and wellbeing by inviting professionals as special guest speakers to educate and provide support to women from all walks of life.

The Sisterhood Empowerment (SHE) Campaign Inc., better known as The SHE Campaign Inc., is an Incorporated Association, run by women, for women. Based in Melbourne Australia, The SHE Campaign Inc. was founded on the 20th of April 2017. This organisation plans to invest in women from all walks of life, unbiased of race, religion, age and background. Focusing initially on minority groups and issues faced by local communities, The SHE Campaign Inc. aspires to generate a community in which women are assisted in reaching their full potential. We intend to produce a community and space where tolerance, acceptance, sisterhood and unity are fundamental values.

Through charity work, advocacy and education, The SHE Campaign Inc. aims to unite, inspire, educate and empower women both nationally and internationally.
