We had a lot of fun participating in their latest remix contest. Great to see many talented producers. We chose to remix Fire In The Sky because we noticed there weren't a lot of submissions for this track and we also genuinely enjoyed the original. 

We took a sort of heavier approach to this track with a hint of poppy elements with some dark synth tones. The synth sounds that were not apart of the stems we used were recorded from our Roland AX EDGE as well as our Korg Minilogue. This is our official remix of Coldplay's Higher Power. We greatly enjoyed the aesthetics that were produced for this track and it certainly gave us an opportunity to do our own version. We are very happy with how the remix came out and we hope you enjoy it. As we mentioned in our last post, this will be the final remix that we will put out for some time. Our new single 'Joi' is a reference to the hologram character in Blade Runner 2049, a movie that we all greatly enjoyed. Everyone wants someone as loyal & as loving as Joi and if you've seen Blade Runner 2049 you know exactly what that means for K.

In today's world it's easy to get lost in virtual realities. To many people, the virtual world is more real than reality itself and Joi is a perfect manifestation of how that virtual realism can bring comfort to many people. The question is, is her love real?
