Self Control

My parents and I have been fighting a lot as of late and I've been hearing stories from many friends as to how their parents either abuse them, manipulate them, or shame them for having different views and ways of living life. I feel like so many of us are tired of the old excuse "you live under my room, so you do as I say" sorta thing that seems to be the mantra of all parents and guardians.

So the only advice I can give to anyone that's struggling with their parents is to simply don't question anything they say. Don't question their lessons, their politics, their punishments or their love, because if you question them, your life will become so much harder. Play along and play dumb until you're free, and then once you're free, don't ever look back.

Sorry for the garbage quality of the music, I just make these things of a whim and purely out of emotion despite my lack of musical knowledge. All of these are my first and final take, so I hope you can find some sort of enjoyment out of this mess.

I hate both mad parties plastering rage all over pages
Comment sections turned to nervous jokes and laughter
As fans slowly lose engagement

I hate how I always end up feeling uncomfortable
About the people I used to look up to
Every other week a name is pinned against the wall
And the worst part is that it's only the name's fault

And I hate how this will never end
So many bad people that we used to call friends and influences 
Drink from a chalice of darkness that we thought was never was there
But we simply never acknowledged it
