This is a reinterpretation/remix of the song BOTOX BABIES by the duo The Dream Eaters. The original version is only 12 seconds long, and even with that short duration it's absolutely brilliant. So in November 2024, I contacted Jake Zavracky via email, told him I couldn't get Botox Babies out of my head and asked if I could do a remix of the song. In a completely irresponsible act, he agreed (lol) 😄 So I called in the talented singer Marc Freak to do the vocals and you know, when you put two guys together who like B-52, you can't come up with anything that doesn't have a strong B-52 influence.

Well, Jake, the only thing I know is that it's too late to regret it. 😄

Gotta Hold Onto Me

I love Miranda's slow songs the best. This one speaks to me of hope! I know we are all going through the scary times right now and I know none of us want to make light to it, but I love the message here of "I Still see the light" God knows we all want that, to stay hopeful and Maybe the Dear Old Sun will bring with it a lot of healing, and good health for all of us on this crazy but beautiful planet! Duke Ellington said there are only two kinds of music, good and bad.  Someday I hope to have my tracks fall to the former category. I figure I have 18 years to play at it. :)

In a way or by some means that is not known or not stated:
It won't be easy, but we'll get across the river somehow.
I'm not sure how, but somehow or other we'll raise the money.
