 Hailing from Lebanon, Mabopane, Winterveld in the far northern region of Pretoria, TheSoundclout started making moves in the music industry since 2015 A founding member of the trap collective PatekWay he'd released a number of singles on SoundCloud under the name KidNextDoor before finally putting together his debut project LetTheKidsRage in 2019, under his new moniker TheSoundclout. The project spawned his first and currently only music video to date for the track Can't Stop featuring a cameo appearance from Young Molz available on YouTube. After the project's release he became instrumental in helping other members of the collective with a slew of guest appearances on La Savvvage self-titled EP along with other Patekway members Young Molz, El Ladrillo, Babushka's Boy and Ghetto Fargo.

In 2021 Patekway released their first collective effort SLATT with TheSoundclout appearing on all but four of the tracks; and a deluxe version of project where he graces 6 of the songs.

Gearing up for his follow up to Let The Kids Rage,The Best Is Yet To Come and Clout Before The Reign, TheSoundClout is working on [Welcome To Lemphis], his contribution to the movement of Pretorian lyricism in the South African hip-hop landscape. His way to tell stories of his home town, his home town way.
