The legendary trio is back in the game. Matt Cerf, Shawn Mitiska and Jaren Cerf, responsible for master-pieces such as 'Light The Skies', 'You Never Said', 'Beggin' You' and chart stormer 'Man On The Run' featuring Dash Berlin, are ready for something even bigger.
The trio has taken a year off to find inspiration for their upcoming album, set for release in 2011. To get that delicious C, M & J fire going again, they now return with 'Another World'. Jaren, who has worked with the likes of Armin van Buuren and John O'Callaghan, one again proves to be one of the biggest vocal talents the trance scene currently holds dear. 'Another World' sends you off to a different dimension, not only with Jaren's vocals but also with a blend of cracking progressive and trancy flavours. "I’ve taken a trip down memory lane for this mix, trying to deep dive into the trance history of the label concentrating on the 2000-2010 era. Tracks like Aalto 'Rush' I remember buying on vinyl in high school and putting them on a mix CD to give to my mates. I remember being shouted at in biology class for not listening because I was listening to OceanLab 'Clear Blue Water' on repeat.

Matt Hardwick used to be the Gatecrasher resident DJ and I really looked up to the guys playing these clubs every week and building warm up sets to get the night ready for the main trance DJs at the time. 'Nimbus' is also my favourite Oliver Smith track. All the other tracks I’ve owned and played, and this 60 mins mix is me trying to create a mosaic of the roots of this great label.
