New Event Director? 5 Things to ensure a second event!!!

August 30/31st of this year was the inaugural year of the Southwest Championships. Reef Warfield has been apart of this since January, and has travelled all the way from New Jersey to participate on the main stage.

Jersey to Silicon Slopes to compete - Int. w/ Reef Warfield

The last year has been a whirlwind of surprises. Some of my greatest friends and people I looked up to, taught me that being strong, takes a lot. My name is Chaco Comrie, I'm a 30 year old CrossFit L-2 Trainer. I've been coaching for almost 10 years. I got really into the sport of competitive functional fitness, because of my smoking hot wife, and years later, I joined the race with full confidence of creating a CrossFit Sanctioned Event in The Southwest States.  Through vulnerably sharing my dreams i learned some amazing things about having passion for what you do, and surrounding yourself with the right people in order to help you carry out those dreams.

This podcast i'm sure has many purposes, but most importantly its for anyone who has the balls to start their own business, dream big, and stop at nothing to make it happen.

I'll primarily be using my experiences with my starting my events business, and calling upon those that have felt the pain and stress, and also the joys and prosperity of embarking on a difficult venture.
