The Ottoman Empire turned Dabas into a ghost town in the 1400s
It took them until the 18th century to rebuild and reinhabit
In the 19th century Dabas became the home of several Neoclassical mansions
In the 1970s, Dabas got a couple office buildings and a department store
It was not considered a town until 1989
This song has nothing to do with Dabas
To quote Ringo Starr: "Most of the titles for my pieces arrive because on computer, you have to call them something, so I have."

Ive always been drawn to droning and meditative musical ideas. This is my latest attempt at expressing that.

Saturation

This is a song about anxiety

Lyrics: 

Just below the brine, beneath the salt and slime, between the alleyways that compose the wrong

I remember in Moonlight, the softest of glows, on a sea of colorful waves, gone greyscale in darkness lost all of what shows, now what shows, it slows and decays 

All I can see is the ability, to pick the pickings clean, and cover all I see in ink 

Dont say, a real goodbye, or was that yesterday, I thought you said you wanted to die 

You say you like the way I talk, but in the way I walk, you know the shoes would never fit right 

Go find, the riteous man, ask him if hes right, does the good win out in the end

And the media painted what it could in your mind
Just to keep the seams from busting out from under the rind

I'm climbing up a ladder with barbed wire for rungs
And I made it myself, conjured it with my head
Glass in my lungs, and a mouth full of lead
