This is a song of encouragement with themes from pop culture and ancient culture. The lyric about the broken bowl being glued with gold refers to Kintsugi which is an ancient process of using liquid gold to repair broken pottery. The lyrics about the yellow brick road refer to the process of walking the path of life with friends who become a mirror to see your own beauty. 

The Artwork meaning.....The Extraterrestrial Warrior Goddess holds the key to the Emerald City, she is firmly planted on the yellow brick road and doesn't need a "Wizard of OZ" in any way helping her or telling her what to do. The yellow brick road and emerald city are within the alien technology key she holds in her hand. You'll see the space needle off to the left side because Seattle is of course the "Emerald City."

The last song of the Album is “Say Their Names” I hope this song has some value to it and moves a least one heart. It is my humble attempt to amplify the Black Lives Matter Movement.

Say Their Names

The overall theme is…”How do we save the world” The album artwork involving a nuclear warhead is meant as a metaphorical and literal wake up call to the dangers of unstable leadership. The peaceful Space Alien take over and disabling of Nuclear Weapons is meant to provide hope. Hope in a higher force looking out for humanity. This could be God to some or perhaps some higher beings to others. The album is meant to inspire people that it’s crucial to keep on fighting for democracy to the very end and not let exhaustion or cynicism over take them. Things can change for the better but things could also get much worse, for instance in the case of Nuclear War. The album is a call for everyone who cares to work together as a team to hold the world together in difficult times. There is also the theme of death and rebirth all through the songs. In some cases it’s literal and in some cases its figurative…like the life or death of a friendship. The other theme of the album is compassion. To remember that someone always has it worse than you and to do your part to help them. Injustice to one is a threat to justice for all. The last song “Say Their Names” is a call, especially to white people to wake up and do their part to believe in and support Black Lives Matter.
