Your frequency is embedded and reflected within your energetic spiritual construct. As all parts of you, your body, your physical representation, your emotional and spiritual heart, your mental construct, as well as your energetic spiritual construct align, all of you is capable of receiving great amounts of energy, holding and transmitting to impact in the reality of your existence, to impact all of humanity, to initiate this transformational process and this ascension process. 

Focus: These adjustments that the Masters and Guides provide, will allow your acceleration and this new foundation to be established. With your allowance and with your receptivity, we will deliver that which will support you on this journey.

Key Teaching: You are the key to opening the potential to all possibilities. Individuals like yourselves will make the difference in humanity's evolution and the ascension process itself.
