Resolve deep layers of your unconscious mind to align with your innate wisdom, moving into a far greater interface with your Superconscious Self, to infuse your human consciousness, to connect to higher realms, unlocking them in moments of quiet, in a moment of reduction of thoughts, of alignment of thoughts, to allow for an expansion of your being. 

Focus: The adjustments that we will provide with this meditation will bring forth a greater alignment of your mental construct, to reach consistently expanded states of your consciousness, to allow for higher perspectives to emerge and to be held, adjustments of the spiritual and emotional heart, to allow for emotions to emerge, yet, to not disrupt this evolutionary process that you are undergoing. 

Key Teaching: There is an energetic flow that occurs when you are in a coherence, when there is a balance, when there is an allowing of the messages from the heart, to the head, to the mind, when the mind is open to receive these subtle energies and subtle suggestions from your heart. In order for the mind to receive these, there needs to be a realignment and a dissolving of limiting thoughts, processes, and programs.
