Getting to a point where I felt comfortable enough to write in specific words about my experiences took a long time. 'Cry About It' is one of the songs that came of it.

This song is about one of the more serious breakups that has happened in my life. The typical 'high road' advice wasn't working for me so I wrote a song about the petty feelings that came over me in the process of getting over it
