Carl's musical journey began with an insatiable curiosity for Steve Lawler’s Homelands 2001 CD, which became his musical muse.

Carl believes that mastering the basics of your tools is crucial for any aspiring DJ. Passion for the music you follow, the sound you want to create, and the relentless pursuit of this music are the cornerstones of success in this field. Resilience and patience are essential for anyone who dreams of taking their music beyond the confines of their bedroom. Carl's journey to achieving his best gigs wasn't instantaneous; it took years of dedication and hard work.

In the local scene, Carl looks up to Carl Bee, whose determination in making music and getting it out to the world, coupled with his impressive skills on CDJs and FX panels, is truly admirable. Carl shares a common love for diverse music selections with Sean Rickett, and he cherishes the moments they share on stage.
