This track "drifting away" is about being unfamiliar with yourself and the path you're walking on, accepting that you're drifting further apart from where you want to be, the person you aspire to be then finally trying to let go and move on.

This track "Cold" is a song about feeling like a shitty person for pushing out everyone around you especially loved ones and accepting that you're not in the best headspace. It's not really about knowing you'll have better days but it's about knowing that this isn't one of them.
