The Supposed is a progressive metal band from New York City. The band was conceived and formed by frontman/vocalist Eri Kurshan and features guitarist Jojo Maran, bassist Santiago Helman, guitarist Al Javier, and drummer Moise Scott. The band’s debut album “Materialize” was released on March 4, 2022. “Materialize” was written and performed by Eri Kurshan on vocals and drums, and Jojo Maran on guitar and bass. The band tapped an all-star team to record and produce the album, which was recorded at Brooklyn’s renowned Silver Cord Studio (designed and owned by Gojira’s Joe Duplantier) and mixed by Johann Meyer (Gojira, Mastodon).
