"I wrote this song when I didn't know why I was alive. All I knew was that if I was still breathing it must be for a reason. After writing this song I started seeing some of those reasons unfold, I watched my life slowly improve as I approached my next horizon. 
I now see this song as my 1 Samuel 30:6b. This is me encouraging myself in the Lord, knowing that no matter how many valleys or tragedies I live through, He wrote my story as a romance, I am His bride, and He waits for me at my happy ending."
