Does it matter if the person is still alive?  I have someone who has hurt me deeply while I was powerless and vulnerable, yet they were not entirely responsible as they were a child themselves.  We are adults now, but she is terminally ill, now that I have finally identified how much our childhood relationship harmed me.  I know this is most likely a sole contract, but I want to move past this wound.
