A little lovely miniature, written and recorded in Munich. A rare co-write between Pete and Si!! Si had been on the weissbier, in order to get the required effect with the vocals. Oh what we do for art.

This was possibly recorded on wax cylinder, but we can't remember, it was so long ago. Included here because it would have been a greatest hit if we had had any. Always a live favourite, Small Birds bounces along and features a catchy stupid cartoon mandolin riff (almost)guaranteed to bring some kind of smile. Although no money back if it doesn't.
