I am a professional DJ born and raised in New Jersey, the birthplace of the "Fist Pump". Being a native from New York and New Jersey, two States that love to party, has influenced my style of mixing tremendously, and that is apparent from the moment I start performing to the second I pack up my equipment. 
DJs are easy to come by nowadays as equipment is cheaper and the art of DJing has been made easier by becoming more user-friendly. Equipping the DJ with features like sync, auto-loop, and basic sound effects have made it seem like anybody can become a DJ and earn a quick buck. As this may be true for the vast majority of DJs, it couldn't be farther from the truth for me. I may lack the ability to make comments about my profession that sound poetic enough to be used as a quote for a Facebook status, but the second I start mixing my love and passion for what I do electrifies the room. This isn't about a quick buck for me, this is my Passion. The love that I have for music is my "X-Factor" and it makes the difference between a nice event and an unforgettable experience.
