MONTU was often depicted as a man with the head of a falcon wearing a headdress of two long plumes, a solar disk and a golden ornament shaped like a cobra.

The Falcon God was in the eyes of the rulers of Thebes the most powerful and important God of that time. The Greeks considered Montu to be a form of Ares - The God of War. Egypt’s greatest general-kings called themselves Mighty Bulls, The Sons of Montu. Myths say you can still hear Montu's battle cries when you visit the capital of the Theban nome... 

Our label is the home of the greatest House music to date. With MONTU are focussing on deep and dark house tracks with great atmospherical element. These are the sounds that hit harder than the wardrums of the great Falcon god. Are you able to satisfy the God of Warfare, the Sun and Valor, to respectfully become one of The Sons of Montu?
