Ultimately, this song was my favourite on the first version of the album; growing up, my mom would blast this song (original) on the stereo we had from her r&b CD she had, and like, I remembered ab it and idk, the way this song is produced is something else, probably on my top 10 r&b songs ever, I absolutely love it, so I wanted to hear Ari's voice on it and lemme just say, and knew Sometimes would be the one which would sound perfect with it but for some reason, the bpms didn't match and I didn't have the knowledge I have now to change keys and stuff, anyway, they have complete different structures so it was a VERY long process of making this song and wasn't just any old "mashup", it took a whole day, but I loved it lmao and I WOULD do it again.

I really can't believe that it's officially and finally out! I really didn't mean to make an album, after Flopdemption, i really didn't know if i wanted to because i didn't believe in myself and thought that it would flop again, i didn't want to put my love and creativity into something that would just end up flopping (even though Redemption was forced tbh and not that original) but i realised that i was sitting on some good ass music and ideas that i wanted to make forever, and that i wanted yall to hear it, so i turned it into an album, and then even more ideas just kept coming and coming and it turned into this. Once i had it finished (or at least i thought it was) i ran to my friend with it (hi Diogo sksk) and said i needed help with a name to tie it all together and it just all made sense and came together in the end, like it really makes me happy. I can definitely say im proud of myself for this, comparing and listening to this and my first album, it literally warms my heart.
This album, is so special to me, if i could explain it with one short sentence i'd just say "it's a whole mood" lmao literally, i feel like it describes how i was feeling when i made them, and i can truthfully say that i listen to these now more than the originals sksk.
