Jansons is a name who has been operating just under the surface for many years, engineering for artists releasing on some of the most highly regarded labels in the scene including; Hot Creations, Leftroom, Hotflush, Madtech and Moda Black.

In 2016 Jansons is set to focus on releasing as an artist in his own right, and we are very proud to present his debut EP on VIVa MUSiC. Expect big things from Jansons this year, including a forthcoming collaboration with Richy Ahmed. 

“Brushing off my old vinyl collection and hearing so many great records from the past really inspired me for this release. I’ve built up a nice collection of analogue studio equipment over the years, which I love to use in my productions. Synths, such as the SH-101, feature heavily on this EP for ViVa MUSiC" - Jansons

The 19-year-old DJ/Producer from Amsterdam won in 2013 the Kunstbende DJ-contest and that gave him a well deserved spot in Mysteryland 2014’s line up. In 2014 his track ‘Je Moeder’, went viral in no time; with over 160.000 plays and he has already releases on Roush, BRAAF Records & Madding Crowds. Watch this 19-year-old Dutchman as there is more to come.

Yade is one of the best DJ/Producers of Netherlands nowadays.

elrow Music has just passed the 150 releases barrier and that's something just happens once, so this 152st release is big. Very big! For this new release in our back catalogue we have summoned no other than Hector Couto, Roush Label's boss, and one of the heads of the industry. And you know big things come in pairs, so as high rolling remix we have Andrea Oliva's take on one of Hector's originals.

Getting to the matter, 'Seduction (Original Mix)' is the name of the main track, a straight tech house affair with strong character, thanks to the vocal line and the masterful use of the FX. A true dancefloor bomb.

Then we have Andrea Oliva's remix of the same track, in which the Swiss producer turns 'Seduction' into a more darker track with a minimalistic twist, keeping the great set of FX and giving them a mysterious twist that makes this track a true banger.

To close the EP, we have Hector Couto ft. Tea Time's 'That Thing (Original Mix)', which is a more playful and bright track, with the icing of the cake in form of the Portuguese vocals that appear in key moments of the track, giving it a distinct and unique character.

Two Long Records welcome Martin OCCO and Giorg for a new pair of tunes that once again redefine underground house music. 

There For Me is a superbly slick and involving track with a warm and rubbery bassline that is all goey and infectious. The prickly percussion drives things forwards and it has a real dance vibe that will lock people in especially once the vocals take off. Stay then pumps the party with more brilliant drum programming and bass and hits that keep the vibe prickly. It's a high pressure cut that never lets up. 

These are two tasteful and effective house tunes.
