The Unknown is influenced by Radiohead, Muse, The Black Keys, Led Zeppelin and The Who. The band has over 30 songs written and recorded for the debut album titled "I" (one). The lead singer, to remain anonymous, came from a current popular rock band that has reached Gold & Platinum status in the US and UK.  Several of the key members also came from popular bands.  The band members have decided to remain anonymous to let the music speak for itself so that their previous work/bands do not overshadow or influence the sounds of The Unknown.  This new record was recorded using live orchestral string arrangements, electronic elements mixed with a heavy dose of electric guitars and real drums.

The band has also had placements on popular shows such as Chuck, Dallas, a Showtime promo spot for the film "The Dilemma."    The track "Bang Bang Boom" was featured, playing the majority of the song, in the movie soundtrack for "Magic Mike." Our music most recently can found in the video games Need For Speed, EA Sports NHL 2014, and a MLB promo spot.
