Foraminifera

Once upon a time I had an idea to compose an original soundtrack for a fictional computer game. The game, Alix and Artemis, was based on a kid, Alix, who woke up one night whilst having an astral projection experience. There he met his spirit guide, a fox named Artemis, who told that the entire world will sleep forever unless he can destroy the evil entities of the spirit realm.

For some reason this is my absolute favourite piece I've composed on a modular system. Something about it feels so touching and deep to me.

This track arose from a jam with Mutable Instruments Beads. I added a couple overdubs in post to spice it up.
