SIDE1: '...Zenith', '...Paradise', '...Scumscrubber' - UK Black Post Black Metal, 2018

After the release of our debut album "Posthuman" it seemed like Void would continue to spiral off into unchartered post black metal territory, using ever weirder electronic drum loops. 
Due to the split of the band in 2003 however that didn't happen. Two tracks were created around that time though, of which this is the first.
There is the instrumental version. 
Perhaps it is best that this style was abandoned. Perhaps it never got the chance to properly develop. You decide.

This track was made for fun in honour of an Elder Scrolls RPG character, sometime around 2006 when the band was in its first hiatus. It never got further than demo level. Included here as a curio.

On May 10th, 1979, Francis Ford Coppola’s towering masterpiece “Apocalypse Now” was released at the Cannes Film Festival. On May 10th 2019, 40 years later, Void released their homage to Marlon Brando’s reading of “The Hollow Men”, as featured in the film, here on our youtube channel “The Unsearchable VOID”. This alternate version of the song "The Hollow Men" serves as a teaser for our new album "The Hollow Man". It is our tribute to an immortal work.
