블랙반다나'Black bandana' Ep part 1 'Maestro' 발매

2014년 싱글 'Do or Die'를 선보이며 처음 모습을 드러냈던 블랙반다나가 그동안에 공백을 깨고 2016년 6월 ep 앨범 첫번째 파트 'Maestro'로 돌아왔다. 이번 앨범은 전곡 블랙반다나 본인이 작사 작곡을 하였으며 그동안에 공백동안 곡과 음향에 대해 공부를 하며 좀 더 음악인으로써 소신과 진중한 태도, 추구하는 방향성에 대한 연구를 마치고 이 앨범을 선보이게 되었다고 한다. 외골수적인 면이 강한 그는 이 앨범을 통해 진정성 있는 음악인의 자세로 스스로의 힘으로 앨범을 완성하려 노력하였으며 타이틀 곡 'Maestro'는 외롭게 음악을 하지만 소신만큼은 잃지 않는다는 태도로 그의 음악에 대한 열정을 담아 냈다. 사운드적으로 여러가지 시도가 엿보이지만 그가 가진 음악적 기준만큼은 잃지 않으며 그려낸 이번 앨범을 통해 그가 가진 조금은 dark한 vibe를 나눠주고 싶다고 한다.
