Skatman’s new release is a masterclass in remoulding and reanimating the past. Across Rewarped, the Tunisian-born producer, DJ and label head slams old school hip-hop samples into jacking house tracks, providing connective tissue between distinct musical eras to deliver six new cuts of pleasure-seeking club music. “Taking familiar elements and giving them a fresh twist,” says Skatman aka Aziz Haddad.
 
“The prefix "Re" signifies the reuse or repetition of something, while "Warp" suggests the act of reshaping or distorting it.

Fresh of some hot collabs with Adam Port on Defected and Moderna on his own imprint Duro, our good friend @theusmago lands back on Correspondant with a full EP. 

These early 2000’s house-inspired tracks are full of groove and perfectly cut for the dancefloor. The infectious percussive rhythms and xx’s vocals will definitely put you in a warm and sultry trance.

On remix duties, an explosive duo ! Our dear @anna-gram is coming in hot by keeping ‘Eclipse’ infectious energy and bringing some of her own magical proggy-trance sound to the mix.

Public Possession’s wizard @djedenburns, purveyor of what he calls the ‘Big Beat Manifesto’, follows on the percussive side of ’X Control’ with a more stripped-down and deliciously trippy version.

Back in Paris after six intense years in West Africa, the little genius of afrotech-house returns with 10 intense tracks and the best musicians to join him in african studio session (Mali, Burkina and Côte D'ivoire): Lansiné Kouyaté, Innocent Kimpe and the fabulous singer jahelle on his new album "Balani Factory", released on April 12 on Blanc Manioc (distributed by Baco - Idol).
Reflections of his travels, reflections of his imaginations, and tutelary figures, our favorite bagpacker takes a little more the road of the African western with his synthesizers as his only compass. The common thread that quickly becomes apparent is an instrument that has spanned the centuries: the balafon, and the story of the mysterious singer with the tragic destiny of "Zélé de Papara"!
Together with singer Jahelle, they pay her an emotionnal tribute on the eponymous track.
After listening to this single, released at the beginning of the year, the famous DJ and producer PALMS TRAX joined Praktika and took over the tracks for a remix, an 8-minute epic in the pure house tradition, with transcendental harmonic progression and evolving rhythm.

Get Physical releases DJ T. 's 2005 classic "Funk On You" in three new interpretations. Alongside mixes from two of DJ T.'s favourite producers, there is also one from the label co-founder himself.

First remixer Emanuel Satie is co-founder of the vital Scenarios label with Maga, Sean Doron and Tim Engelhardt. Along with his solo imprint Solaris, it is defining the sound of the melodic house world with finely crafted music featuring meticulous melodies that regularly find their way to the top of the Beatport charts, much like his own always sophisticated productions. Here, he flips the classic into a strident cosmic disco chugger. The arps are bright and sugary, while hip-swinging claps and playful vocals are topped oﬀ with joyous piano chords that will raise the roof.

Whitesquare is a versatile talent with releases on top labels such as Life and Death, Permanent Vacation, Higher Ground and Kompakt. His diverse sound is always underpinned by an infectious groove, awakening memories of dance music styles from the past. That’s exactly what he does here with his superb mix of ‘Funk on You’. His wonderful rework is a colourful and freewheeling percussive exploration with mid-tempo drums and funky hooks. Acid-tinged synths arrive to take things to the next level while astral melodies explode like fireworks.

Underground mainstay DJ T. is an ever-green artist who has explored many diﬀerent facets of indie dance, house, disco and tech over a decades-long career. His 2025 Re-Shape ups the ante with uplifting synths and melodies, all bringing a retro 80s touch to a driving disco-tech beat. The still magical original is also included with its fat and funky bass and intergalactic melodies.

Rekids welcomes back Tal Fussman with the I Feel EP, following up his 2024 Definition EP on Radio Slave’s label, which won support from the likes of Honey Dijon, Orlando Voorn, Yu Su, Saoirse, Dave Clarke, and more.

The Innvervisions, COD3QR artist and Survival Tactics label boss starts I Feel with the title track and, in true Fussman fashion, infuses drummy club cuts with plenty of feeling via soulful synths and apt vocal sampling.

The rolling organic percussion of MAD continues, locking us in the groove while hard-hitting stabs fly above before Bongo Man channels the lush sounds of the rainforest alongside more expert drum work.

Closing out the I Feel EP, Tal Fussman works with fellow producer 8-AN to drop the dream-like strings of Life Itself, another deep track that is as club-ready as it is introspective.
