Philadelphia-based “The Valley Low” set their sights on creating a sound and vibe of what would be regarded as today’s modern rock band. Pulling from the rock and psychedelic roots of the 70’s, 80’s prog-rock, and the grunge and punk fury of the 90’s, this quartet found stable ground for what would become their first record, “These Unquiet Things”.

Recorded over the summer of 2019 at The Gradwell House in Haddon Heights, NJ, the 7-track record explores a turbulent, soul-searched landscape from the volatile leading track, “Cursed in Time”, to the stripped down and honest, closing track of “Bones”. The band has crafted a sound that is haunting, affecting, and capturing.

Garnering the attention of local rock venues, The Valley Low have played well attended shows throughout the Philadelphia and New Jersey region and have been invited to open for international and award-winning band, Sponge.

The Valley Low will release their first record, “These Unquiet Things” on October 25, 2019 with plans to tour and support the release throughout 2020.
