Old version of Making Waves where ReBirth and an old version of Vaz (Vaz was the bollox!) provided the synths and whatever samples I could get hold of provided the rest. I think I used Cubasis samples. This is from an old and decrepit PC so there's no chance of editing. There's so much that I'd change if I could.

Higher Flow

Nicked some individual percussion sounds from the original and some samples from the Memento movie to recreate my version of one of my favourite NIN songs. All of the guitar parts were played by me on a Grass Roots Explorer. The people in the photo are my daughter and me; we're in this together. The lyrics don't necessarily apply because this is my daughter who I love but the person who I hated stopped me from being the father that I wanted to be. This was created a very long time ago.

I emphasise the "sketchbook" aspect because these are snapshots of creativity that often outstay their welcome with too much repetition and too little progression. They are very far from being finished works but serve to capture the beginnings of ideas that might be developed into finished works in the future. There are no finished works here... only sketches. This is my sketchbook.
