Live Set from EMOM Subliminal Impulse Festival  25_6_22

Warm saturated synths, tape scorched pads and a low slung break beat come together for this deep atmosphere slice of electronica. 
The Velvet Shadow’s sixth release is inspired by sci-fi films and dystopian landscapes. He uses analog and modular synths fed into  VHS style effects processing to evoke the imagery of flying over and away from burning desolate cities. This is an ethereal electronic soundtrack capturing the hope and relief of escape.

Live at the Talleyrand 30/8/23

This Ableton pack contains 50 Synth Patches recorded from the Prophet REV 2 and turned into Ableton Instrument Racks. 

Each Rack has additional effects and controls to help you shape your sounds. 

The rack also features a tape layer - the sounds of the Prophet recorded to cassette tape. As well as the dry recordings, I recorded each patch to tape. This provides an even warmer, nostalgic character to the sounds that can be blended with the original audio signal or used separately.
