108- P.O.S (Doomtree).  Yoni and Stef (P.O.S) meet up in Yoni's rental car outside of the legendary club, First Avenue in Minneapolis.  They discuss Stef's upbringing, early influences, his high school punk bands, having a teenage son, his career arc, getting a kidney transplant and the trials surrounding it.

Trashcan Panda is an alternative garbage rock band based out of Vancouver, B.C. Their other genres include Blues Pop, Indie Trash, and Fun Punk.

With influences from late 60's proto-punk to modern day indie pop, the band's songs combine catchy hooks and melodies with hard-hitting riffs, and a few twists and turns along the way. They currently live, play, and record in Vancouver, B.C.

Episode 1- Juicing, sees Yoni between tours, trying to regain his depleted health.  He decides to start a podcast but is still in the process of figuring out what it is.  This episode serves as an introduction of sorts.

THE WANDERING WOLF is songwriter Yoni Wolf's ongoing collection of field recordings from the road, unscripted internal monologues, self-reflective moments, and in depth conversations with musicians, artists, comedians, and interesting people of all kinds.  These episodes stand to chronicle Yoni's life as a traveling bard and those he crosses paths with out there in the wild world.
