Anthea Yip, born in 2000, is a visionary artist and poet. Through her words, brushstrokes and movements, she seeks to reveal the healing, ever-present and compassionate natural essence within all of us. Through her 6 month journey in the Himalayas, she has deeply immersed in Tibetan meditative practices with different masters, which has allowed a deep introspective quality to permeate all her works. Within her visual journeys, she imbues every art piece with mantra and peaceful frequencies which she experiences in meditative states. With harmonic intention, she combines colors, forms and energy to create a doorway to one’s own deep, tender crystalline presence of the heart. She creates healing ceremonial art for different ceremonies around the world related to water, whales, dolphins and ancient traditions connected to the star Sirius. Since 2021, she has been on a journey visiting sacred sites around the world and creating artwork that encapsulates the ancient wisdom of the ancestors and land. She deeply believes in the use of voice and song as a way to come together and remember our ancient origins. Currently, her greatest teacher is the Water.
