Isabel Hardman is a journalist, author and broadcaster, as well as being an advocate for mental health. Following a breakdown in 2016 which temporarily stopped her working, she returned to her journalism and has since won awards for her books written in 2018 and then during the lockdown of spring 2020. 

She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, and in her second book (which we discuss here) she talks of her love of walking in nature, the health benefits she has found in running, and her passion for wild swimming.

He has had his work published in publications across the world, having only taken up photography following a conversation with a family member who has helping him through a particularly difficult period in his life.

Sian was diagnosed late 2020 with a rare blood disorder called Aplastic Anaemia.  Initially, doctors were unsure how best to treat her condition, but after a raft of appointments, scans, and tests, Sian went into hospital in summer ’21 for a bone marrow transplant.
