Dave is an American artistic Olympic gymnast & the U.S. 2007 all around national champion.

After retiring from competition Dave helped coach his alma mater, Stanford University, to an NCAA team title in 2009.
He has also worked as lead global gymnastics expert for Adidas Gymnastics & has been a central figure in CrossFit Gymnastics since 2013.

Along with this Dave is co-owner of Power Monkey Fitness which is dedicated to bringing gymnastics education, equipment & events to the fitness world, working with some of the worlds top athletes in the process.

Dave was an absolutely outstanding guest to have on the show & I can’t wait for you to hear this episode!
