FreeFrame is back this week with a drill techno collaboration from Joey Boa.

After grabbing his first set of decks during lockdown Joey Boa has really risen up the ranks within the industry. 2 Years on and he's opened up spring break in Amsterdam, had a residency on a Berlin radio and played up and down the country creating and perfecting his sound.

We are pleasured to release @venere_music new trance and techno fused track "Never Be The Same" as part of our Free Download series "FreeFrame" after already having approval from the likes of DJ Heartstring and more. 

Artist: Venere is a music producer from the north west, who is already making a name for himself after such a short time in the industry. Originally starting out as a DJ, he has now decided to create his own unique sound of techno trance that has caught the attention of major artists in the industry and has been signed to labels such as Nervous Records. A name to look out for, with support coming from artists such as Jaguar & Sarah Story (BBC Radio 1) Joel Corry (Kiss FM)

FRG: An Irish based DJ in Liverpool specialising in hard techno and acid, taking influence from acts such as TRYM, Sholmo and Rebekah. He's recently began to venture onto the hardcore side of the scene with a growing love for gabber, frenchcore and reverse bass. As co-founder of Liverpool based event label P:olymatrix he hopes to grow a name for himself both locally and beyond. This track is FRG's debut single and we are honoured to share it with you all, hope you enjoy.

FreeFrame is back :D 

And we've bought in some very special talent ...

SHFTR Started his journey at the age of 18 when he was new to clubbing. Liverpool has a big techno scene and SHFTR happened to find himself in the depths of it. Listening to techno live lead him to feel emotions he has never felt before and thus began - the love for it. Before he even owned a pair of decks he would use only a DJ software to play music to his friends at pre-drinks and afters.

He quickly realised that this new found hobby was more than just a phase. He got himself a DAW and learned the ways of producing vocal heavy, euphoric techno. As he has aged and his skills have improved, he has started to find his sound resulting in a love for faster beats. Most recently fast rhythms with bouncy bass lines has found their way into his production. 

His tracks have had support from the likes of Charlie Sparks and Mark Blair. He has provided ankle-breaking-beats in popular clubs of Liverpool, such as the WAV. There is a lot more he has to offer for the techno scene, so brace yourselves for SHFTR.

Now time to get soppy, we can't express how thankful we are for the recent boom here on the page, we've smashed our goals for 2023 and we're only 3 months in! Our past few releases have been very fast, hard and aggressive, so we deemed it important to take it back a notch, Spring is certainly here and this track will help you to thaw out those winter blues and put you in the mood for summer. 

A speedy transcendent track, brings us back round to our trancier releases as the majority of our last ones have been full of hard and big drops, this one takes solace in its relaxing aspects.
