Begebt euch mit diesem Set auf eine Reise, die im Hard Groove startet um über Eurodance und Trance in der guten Laune zu enden.
FastLane findet seine Wurzeln im Eurodance und hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die altbekannten Songs, die wir damals in den 90ern und 2000ern eher belächelt haben, zu etwas Neuem zu machen, was auf einmal gar nicht mehr so “cringe” ist, sondern iconic, nostalgisch und verbindend wirkt und einfach Spass macht.  Mit leichten Trance Elementen vermischt wird der “trash”  zur Hochkultur und findet bei FastLane seine Renaissance auf  148 BPM+, verknüpft mit Samples, bei denen wir wohl alle mitsingen können.

Back on mix series business after a few weeks off, we have...

VERITAS - a DJ that is dedicated to administering the groove. 

With her career in the UK techno scene already progressing at full throttle, 21 year old VERITAS is in for a momentous year (and some sharp outfits, as an avid clothing collector). 

From the North East but based in Manchester, her journey began by attending raves that were organised by the likes of Meat Free and Vault Sessions. Being pushed by industry heavyweights such as “Faster Horses” and “Billy Does she was encouraged her to release her first mix ‘Hard Grooves 001’, which has procured significant attention.

VERITAS’ groove-based approach to djing ensures that her sets are loaded with infectious energy. She combines hard, electrifying pop edits with darker, hypnotic tools. She often implements repetitive vocals that are layered with contrasting percussion that allows for a syncopated flow. Slotting together many subgenres with ease, she creates her signature funky sound. 

With a residency and multiple gigs already under her belt. 2023 is set to be a major year for this female DJ.

Shelley is 22 year old with a passion and obsession for all things techno. Focusing more on harder industrial sounds lately yet still incorporates elements of the trance sounds he grew up on. He's already made his presence known within Ireland's club scene and is hoping to bring his love for djing with him as he steps away from behind the scenes as there's no plans to stop anytime soon.

When DJ LIFE SUXXS aka PRINCESS GENREFLUID aka LOUKAS (based in Kassel) is behind the decks, everything is possible.
Between dark groovy sounds and complex industrial sounds, Loukas always tries to NOT play something that follows musical guidelines. 

Back in childhood, Loukas enjoyed a massive musical influence from his parents. Eventually, after years of playing the drums and producing electronic music, Loukas decided to play the decks with a unique sound. 

Today's set is something in the middle of "EBM and Dark Disco" 
Rave Hard.

Façonnée par les fondamentaux de la techno rave, trance et acid, HAYASHI signe ses sets par le contraste entre douceurs des mélodies et rythmes tranchants : une bande sonore idéale pour toute danse explosive et rétro envoûtante.
DJ Résidente au club le Glazart à Paris depuis fin 2021, HAYASHI s'est rapidement fait une place sur la scène techno francilienne en jouant à Lille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes, Montpellier, Reims, Rouen... puis à Berlin et Tahiti. Au- delà d'être sur scène, son art se mêle à toutes les formes de collaboration. Ancienne membre du collectif 3615ZBEUL et Nuits de Grâce, elle est fondatrice et membre du collectif Rendez-Vous.

GRIFFES D’ANGES SHOWCASE : SHANNEN BLESSING 

Shannen Blessing is a young DJ & producer hailing from the east coast of Ireland. She has been going strength to strength within recent years, quickly becoming a favourite on Irish dancefloors and cementing her name within the Berlin techno scene.
She has supported acts such as Dax J, DVS1, Sunil Sharpe and Jeff Mills to name a few. As well as receiving shows in Vancouver, Glasgow, Berlin, Belfast, Dublin and more with acclaimed techno institutions Teletech, Shine, Index, SWG3, Remise & more. Shannen has also performed twice at the infamous HÖR Berlin.
Shannen’s been honing in on a sound that is centered around bouncing rhythms, jerking style synth lines and tongue n cheek style vocals. Her discography so far seems to be an ode to classic ghetto techno, while also intertwining her signature churning techno grooves.
With a keen interest in paying homage to the origins of the art form, Shannen enjoys playing vinyl whilst also keeping up with her incredibly unique and hard hitting underground sound.
