The WizBangs consists of a father - Jim Feenstra (vocals, bass) - and his two sons, Charles Feenstra (vocals, guitar, keys) and J.P. Feenstra (drums), along with a crew of talented friends. Written as collaboration among the threesome, their music is a combination of rock, rock-a-billy, jazz, and indie singer-songwriter. The band recently released Tell Me What You See, a 6-track EP, on all major digital sites. Grammy Award-winning producer, Will Russell, again produced, engineered, mixed and mastered the album.

Each has their unique memory of what brought them together on their singular musical journey, but they agree on a few essentials. They love many musical genres, especially rock and roll. They love creating their own songs together. They also want every album to be unique.

Tell Me What You See also has a special bonus track, Children of Inara. It’s a song about children wounded by war in the middle east and the people dedicated to helping them. All proceeds from downloads of the song and a percentage of each album sale will be donated to Inara.org.

You don’t need a deep dive into what has gone on or is going on in their lives. Just listen to their music. Love, pain, a broken heart, a hopeful heart, a beautiful day; their songs hold no secrets.
