the.woofer is a musical project created on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, with the purpose of serving the community through sound, movement, and shared ritual.

Building deep, safe, and immersive spaces where body, mind, and spirit meet through ecstatic dance and trance movement.

Rooted in tribal rhythms, african and amazonian percussion, heavy bass, and psychedelic sound design, the.woofer blends ritual atmospheres with modern influences such as distorted hip-hop low-end, drum & bass energy, glitch textures, and dark ecstatic flow.

Each set is conceived as a journey rather than a performance — a progressive ritual where rhythm, distortion, and bass act as tools for grounding, release, and collective transformation, inviting dancers to move as one body, reconnecting with instinct, presence, and the primal intelligence of the dance floor.
